CPSIA Certified

Thank you for your order. Pursuant to the requirements of “Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008” (CPSIA) Title I, Sections 101-108, Rowdy Sprout is pleased to provide the following information related to the manufacture of items in your order.

Rowdy Sprout certifies that all of our products are reasonably tested in accordance with CPSIA laws passed in 2008. All third party testing has been executed by a ILAC – I.S.O certified third party company and subsequent test reports remain on file at corporate offices.

The Rowdy Sprout Company maintains a compliance testing program on which this certification of compliance is based for products included in your shipment. The date of testing of each product is based on the date in which each batch is manufactured. To find the date and place of manufacture of any of the products in your order, please find chart attached.

The items tested represent the color ways available for Rowdy Sprout spring / summer ’09 styles.
